Report from the Association of Pentecostal Theological Education in Africa (APTEA) and their triennial gathering in late February.
In February of 2020, the WAPTE board came together for a fruitful meeting.
We've made the decision to update the name of our journal to Pentecostal Education. We are also excited to announce new day-to-day leadership of the journal.
The World Alliance for Pentecostal Theological Education (WAPTE) is a global cooperative fellowship of Pentecostal and Charismatic theological associations, denominational offices and missions agencies that provide educational services to theological and/or ministry training schools. It exists to assist and encourage member organizations in their endeavor to promote the development of Pentecostal theological education and leadership training. WAPTE serves as the Education Commission of the Pentecostal World Fellowship (PWF) and organizes the Theological Consultations for the triennial Pentecostal World Conferences.
